On Wednesday, we visited a favourite spot in the town of Marseillan - a restaurant overlooking the harbour called 'la maison de Camille'. We had the same lunch 2 years ago when we stayed in the nearby village of Meze. What you see is 3 spoonfuls of smoked salmon tartare on the right, 3 good slices of smoked salmon in the middle, a round glass container of creme fraiche with chopped chives, an oval glass container with lemon sorbet and a shot of vodka, a nice fresh pile of greens and off to the left the obligatory basket of sliced baguette. What is slightly out of the picture to the top right is a nice glass of chilled rose.
